Description
On a silver metal and expoxied device 1 1/8'' (286cm) in height, consisting of a pair of wings, superimposed by a vertical sword, point downwards, the sword entwined with two serpents, facing, all sliver, overall a blue square surmounted by a maroon cross extending past the square displaying a white vertical placed square, bearing a stylized silver parachute. All surmounting at base, a black scroll inscribed ''TRUST AND PERSERVERANCE'' in silver.

Symbolism
The white lozenge alludes to care while the parachute combined with the stylized wings pay tribute to the jump community at Fort Bragg, whom the hospital center supports. Maroon and white are associated with the Army Medical Corps. The caduceus emblem is iconic to the medical profession.
